Sales, Delivery, Privacy & Refund Policies

In using this site, you agree to the site policies, as set out below.

Sales Policy:

  • Sales are ONLY available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.

Delivery Policy:

Wines are available for delivery in Australia only. For customers outside of Australia, please contact us at to review your requirements before placing the order.

Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price at rates set out in the schedule of freight charges.

All wines will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours.

Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery.

Purchases are at the customer’s risk once dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service.

Purchases and shipments are available in lots of 6 bottles of wine (or multiples thereof, i.e., 12, 18, 24, etc.) only, and includes mixed cases in these mulitples.

Privacy Policy:

We acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information given will be treated in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998.

When you place an order, you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address, any special delivery instructions and phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and Australia Post who will deliver your order.

As a first-time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us.

Immediately after processing your order, all customer credit card details are destroyed, and no record of those details is kept.

We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from the Rising Star Wines website.

Refund Policy:

Wine Club Terms

No joining, annual, or cancellation fees.

By joining, you acknowledge that your wine allocations will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Allow ten business days for delivery from when your credit card is charged.
