Our latest release (Nov17)! The 2012 Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay is a bottle fermented ‘Methode Traditionelle’ style, aged FIVE years on yeast lees. It has a small portion of Pinot Meunier' (our first harvest!) and is fresh and flavoursome with elegant complexity from extended aging. A brut style perfect for any occasion!
Our newest release! The 2012 Vintage Sparkling Rose' is 100% Pinot Noir and is a bottle fermented ‘Methode Traditionelle’ style, aged FIVE years on yeast lees. "Stained" with some straight red wine at disgorging, it is ZERO dosage, and exhibits beautiful blush colour along with 'strawberry and cream' flavours. Great for ANY occasion!
Our 2014 Riesling won a Bronze medal at the 2016 Perth Royal Wine Show and exhibits floral aromatic with passionfruit and lime on the pallet. Perfect accompaniment to seafood or Asian dishes.
Our 2011 Merlot exhibits soft ripe plums and subtle chocolate, with slight vanilla. This big red spent 24 months in French Oak and is already silky smooth on the palate.
Our 2014 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a special release and has a complex, intense palate with flavours of blackcurrant, dark cherry, spice and hints of mint. Velvety tannins from French oak support a long elegant finish.
Our 2017 Rosé is a fragrant fruit-driven Provence, France style wine made from our Merlot grapes. Dry and refreshing with a savory backbone, it's perfect for the beach, Asian dishes and BBQ's.
