Our newest release! The 2011 Sparkling Rose' is 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir and is a bottle fermented ‘Methode Traditionelle’ style, aged four years on yeast lees. "Stained" with some straight red wine at disgorging, it exhibits a beautiful blush colour along with 'strawberry and cream' flavours. Great for ANY occasion!
Our 2009 Botrytis Riesling is a sweet and complex dessert style with flavours of ripe apricot and honeyed glacé fruit. Will only improve in time. (375ml)
Our 2014 Riesling won a Bronze medal at the 2016 Perth Royal Wine Show and exhibits floral aromatic with passionfruit and lime on the pallet. Perfect accompaniment to seafood or Asian dishes.
Our 2014 Rosé is a light and vibrant Merlot fruit driven wine suited to alfresco dining and BBQ's. The fruitiness and dry finish make this a lovely wine for our Australian climate and foods.
Our 2011 Merlot exhibits soft ripe plums and subtle chocolate, with slight vanilla. This big red spent 24 months in French Oak and is already silky smooth on the palate.
Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon has dark berries with vanilla notes, with an earthy and assertive palate. Classic cool climate Cab with complexity and depth from slow ripening.
Our 2010 Cabernet/Merlot has powerful flavours of blackcurrants, vanilla, cassis and hints of chocolate. Approachable in its youth. Will reward with cellaring.
